1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Serome AI in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Serome AI provides real-time market price alerts, correlation zone monitoring, risk calculation tools, AI-powered market analysis, and a trading journal — all delivered via Telegram. The service is informational only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or brokerage services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Serome AI. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. The service is not available in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited by law.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed via NOWPayments in USDT (TRC20).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Plan limits (number of alerts, features) are enforced per the plan you are subscribed to at the time of use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API or infrastructure.
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, fraudulent, or misleading financial content.
• Resell or commercially redistribute Serome AI features or data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

7. No financial advice

All content, alerts, analysis, and AI responses provided by Serome AI are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses. 8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to market data feed outages, infrastructure issues, or Telegram platform disruptions. We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from alert delays or service downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serome AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any trading losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
